Maybe try some or all of the following, to aid your menopause symptoms: 

·      Call your GP for a chat, see if there are any tests they can be doing to check your hormone levels and talk about your feelings

·      Get adequate sleep

·      Get out for a daily walk and get some fresh air too

·      Try relaxation techniques – try an App like Calm.com, Headspace etc.

·      Fill the house or bedroom with lovely smells, try nice mixes of essential oils in a water diffuser

·      Read magazines, books and have less screen time

·      Eat more whole-foods, fruit, vegetables and whole grains, dairy and high-quality proteins
